Thank you for shopping with Nurà! We want to make sure your orders arrive quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note:

       You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

       A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

       During high-demand periods (sales, product launches), processing may take up to 3 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $25. This discount is automatically applied at checkout prices. No coupon code is needed.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

 

5. International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.


Important notes for international orders:

       Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by their country.

       Nurà is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

       Some products may be restricted for import in certain countries. Please check your local regulations before ordering.

       We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, contact us at nura@nuraclear.co as soon as possible. We can only make changes to orders that have not yet been dispatched.

Nurà is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Re-shipping fees may apply if a package is returned to us due to an address error.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order, but we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit.

 

       Lost packages: If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office. If it is still missing, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

       Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and products and email them to us at nura@nuraclear.co within 48 hours of delivery. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

       Stolen packages: Nurà is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery. We recommend selecting a safe delivery location at checkout.

8. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our skincare products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive an incorrect or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
